Hi again everyone! Miu here~

Right now I’m working on consolidating where I am on the net. With all the options out there, LJ, Blogs, personal homepages, groups, ect. ect. I feel like I’ve gotten pretty worn thin and its just too much to manage.

So what I’ll be doing is having two main places everyone can go to see whatever I’m up to and talk with me.

Sign up on FA is free and its a great place to check out all kinds of good furry arters. I highly suggest it to anyone who hasn’t signed up yet.

I’ll mainly be posting my furry and adult related art there.

That account will be hosting some of the more mild or cheesecakey stuff.

Okays, hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well. Sorry for not having posted in awhile. It seems to have been one busy summer for us so far and things are only getting started!

First off, the big news, since I’m having to deal with deadlines, I’m gonna do some copy pasta from the Club Stripes FA account run by Midori. ( Find it here: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/clubstripes/ ) Mostly this message is for those who are interested in whats going on with us CS peeps and don’t want to or have a FA account. Anywho, onto the exciting announcement!

Here’s the biggest news that I’ve been waiting to announce!

Club Stripes is releasing our first ALL-COLOR book. That’s right, “The Best of Club Stripes: Private Exhibition” is a 96-page perfect-bound book, cover to cover with full-color pages of CS art and comics. That’s Miu, Daria McGrain, Gideon, Drybone, a few pics by Midori (me) and assorted guests, all excellent. Squee! As far as I know, no other furry-oriented publishers are doing full-color books (yes, I know about Softpaw Magazine, but it’s a magazine. It kinda says so right there in the title.) and we plan to do more than just this one. :3 We’re working on the sample copy to be mailed off to Diamond right now, so if it gets into Previews you’ll definitely be able to buy a copy at your local comic book store, if they carry adult material. Or you can pester them to order it for you if they don’t plan to get it in. We’re trying really hard to get copies in our hands in time for Anthrocon and SDCC, though, so if you can’t wait for it to show up in your comic store (if the Best Of does get into Previews, it won’t be order-able until about October or so) you can buy a copy from the Club Stripes booth at either convention. Or you can mail-order, direct from us!

Now I do have to warn potential buyers here, most of the art is stuff that’s already been on the site, though there’s about fifteen book-exclusive pics that won’t be appearing on the site. We intend for this book to appeal to the following:
1. People who like lots of different adult subjects but haven’t yet subscribed to the site/don’t know about the site/are thinking about subscribing and this is cheaper than 2 months of the site,
2. People who do subscribe to the site and would like to offer additional support, plus want to see the exclusive book-only material we’re adding in,
3. People who prefer to have their furry art in hardcopy form rather than digital files on a computer,
4. Um…collectors who like pretty full-color books?
5. Oh! Also people who’d like to read the commentary by the artists on the pieces they did. And my enthralling Foreword. …Okay, yeah, I’m reaching with that one. ;p

So if you don’t appear on this list, this book may not be for you. Or you may like it anyways, how should I know? Buy it, read it, let me know. ;9 However, if any of these might be you, and you already like our art, I’m pretty sure you’ll love this book to bits. :3 I know I do, I can’t wait to see this finished, especially since it was originally planned for release at the beginning of this year and had to be pushed back due to illness and other setbacks. As stated in the beginning of this entry, if all goes well it should be in our hands well in time for AC and SDCC. Keep your fingers crossed! X3

Okay, man, busy. 6__9 <- face of busy time. First off, picture...

The P&C cast in cute chibi form. I did this pic with Midori who provided the original rough sketch I worked from. I’m really happy with how this collaboration turned out. ^_^

Also, I’m happy to help announce the new Club Stripes site: Club Stripes Sketchbook!

That site will be featuring sketches and commentary from myself, Daria McGrain, Gideon, Midori and Drybone. Hopefully more artists later down the line too!

Hello again everyone! Been busy times and hard times as well. I was sick for a good portion of last year. Look up potassium deficiency sometime, it’s not a pretty thing! Gah! >_< (Even missed out on Halloween~ meh~)

Thanks so much to everyone who wrote me supportive letters and e-mails! I feel bad that I haven't been able to get back to you guys personally. I'll make sure to write to all of you after Further when the craziness has calmed down.

So now on to happier stuff. Fun stuff! That being Further Confusion 2007.

Club Stripes will be attending Further Confusion this year. So if you’d like to stop by and visit the artists and check out their new products, you can find them in the Dealer’s Room at: Miu Table #87, Daria McGrain Table #86 and Gideon Table #62.

First off, I’ll go over some of the things I’ll have out for the con.

This year with some help from Midori and Daria I finished up a new Peaches & Cream story titled Breakfast in Bed for Trump’s brand new issue of Book of the Beast #13 that will be debuting at FC07′. You will be able to find the book at the Team Shuffle table, table #94.

Since Breakfast in Bed has been translated into Japanese, we will be offering an english translation guide for $2 or free with proof of purchase of Book of the Beast #13 and any purchase of a Miu product from the Club Stripes tables, tables #86-87.

Next up, since people have been asking me about this for awhile now, I’ve taken the time to make my cute lion guy, Rio, his own folio! Rio, Grande!

Rio, Grande is a 20 page folio (includes cover) with color cover/inside cover and black & white interior. It features lots of new art and a few favorites of Rio and his buddies with commentary by myself and well, Rio! I’m really happy with how this folio turned out and I hope all those that like my little lion guy will enjoy it too!

As for what else I’ll be bringing, I plan on having many of my past folios available (Peaches & Cream: Candid Cuties, the Beast World folios and more!) and more copies of my erotic male story/pinup collection Uncovered!

I will also have an assortment of original art & prints for sale in the artshow and at the table, so make sure to check out those before they get eaten up!

And depending on the condition of our room’s internet access, I hope to post sketches and photos from the con as it goes along. If we end up net-less, I’ll make sure to post after the con is over and we’re home, safe and sound.

Yo again everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting much. Been so busy with the site and um… a few other tasty projects, have been bad about posting.

So here we go, this picture is actually a little different than what I had originally intended. It started out as one of the monthly requests but never gelled as the idea that was pitched to me. But this character turned out cute enough, I would have felt bad scrapping it. So I left out the other character and at least completed hir. So there ya go! Hope you guys like it. I’ll post a larger version of this image in my LJ when I update it since this webblog is limited for image size.

Yo! I return with another announcement of what’s new from Miu for Anthrocon 06’!

For those of you wanting more of the Peaches & Cream girlies (and well, wants them more pornful, nakedy and naughty! X D ) I have the folio for you! Presenting the brand new full-color digest booklet folio, Candid Cuties!

Candid follows the adventures of Jam getting a new digital cam and taking pics of cuties Peaches & Cream, Milk & Cookies and Blueberry. Pics of all kinds! Some very, very naughty!

This folio will be available when the dealers room opens at Anthrcon and will be $25.00. Currently I have 30 copies of this booklet available for the con, but will try to make a few more before time runs out.

This folio will be available a little later in time for order online, but if you want one now and are heading to AC, make sure to stop by the table early since the supply is pretty limited.

Hi everyone! Time for my first announcement for stuff that will be showing up at our Club Stripes table at Anthrocon 06′.

Fresh off the press is Uncovered! A 64 page B&W collection with color cover/backcover that features:

The D&A folio with additional sketches and commentary.

The Boys of the Harem Palace folio, also with commentary.

All three Miu stories from the Genus Male comics, The Stand In’s, Love Potion, and Good Clean Fun.

It also features a load of brand new art. Everything from commission pieces from over the years to never before seen sketches and even material from possible upcoming projects. All with commentary to keep things interesting!

The book will be available when the dealers room opens at Anthrcon and will be $20.00. There will only be 50 copies of this book available at the con. So if you want yours, make sure to head to the table, cause once they’re gone, thats it!

And… we have a special offer. For those that have purchased my D&A Folio or the Boys of the Harem Palace folio, trade in your folios towards $5 off each for a copy of Uncovered. (Trade-ins only good for credit towards 1 copy of Uncovered. No more than $10 off a single book. Not good for credit on other items and no cash for trade-ins.)

Keep in mind that those folios are now officially out of print. So its up to you if you want to trade them in or hold on to them as a rarity.

Okay, so been awhile since I updated. Both the site and con season approaching have eaten most of my time. Soon I’ll be posting a few more requests and that kind of thing, so don’t worry, not dead!
